Prior to painting, participate in a ceremonial session to set pure intentions and prepare for the transformative experience.

What to Wear or Bring:
All painting equipment, including canvas and easels, will be provided.
Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting paint on, as you'll be moving around and standing while painting, aprons will be provided.
Participants are encouraged to remove their shoes to feel more grounded in the creative process.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the creative process.
